These terms govern Reps & Records, operated under the name Reps & Records, Netherlands. They cover the app, website, AI Coach, optional ChatGPT connection and related services. Contact [email protected]. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing.
Using the service
Reps & Records helps you log training, organize plans/templates, track progress and use optional AI and connected services. Keep your account secure and provide information you are entitled to use. Sign-in providers have their own account requirements. Do not share credentials, impersonate others, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, access others' records, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
The service is not intended for children under 13 or people below a higher applicable minimum age. A parent or guardian must authorize a minor's use where required. You need legal capacity, or required guardian authorization, for purchases.
Fitness and AI guidance
The service provides fitness information and record keeping, not medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency assistance. Train within your abilities, use safe technique and obtain professional advice appropriate to your health. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience concerning symptoms.
Calories, training load, recovery, trends and personal records depend on available inputs and can be incomplete or inaccurate. AI text, voice and image interpretation may produce errors or unsuitable suggestions. Review outputs before relying on them. We do not guarantee particular fitness results, exact measurements or uninterrupted access to a model or integration.
Drafts and ChatGPT
AI Coach and the optional ChatGPT connection can create and update drafts. Supported draft changes require review and the available Save or Start action in Log → Drafts before affecting fitness records. You can discard pending drafts. Pending drafts normally expire after 30 days and are not permanent backups.
Where available, separately permissioned saved-workout correction tools show an exact preview and require your confirmation before saving directly to an existing synced workout. These corrections do not go through Log → Drafts. Review the current changes before confirming. Permission review and editing controls are in the connection flow and Profile → Privacy; ChatGPT and AI Coach have independent choices. Explicit acceptance defaults editing on only if no saved preference exists, and preserves a saved Off choice. Offline edits can require conflict review after a cloud correction. A preview's expiry does not promise deletion of supporting AI or audit records.
ChatGPT is a separate OpenAI service with its own account requirements, terms and limits. You also need eligible Reps & Records access. Connecting does not transfer ChatGPT subscriptions or API tokens to this app and does not require Codex. Tools read only eligible records under current ownership, sharing and retention rules. Device-only unsynced records may not be available through ChatGPT. Private AI Coach conversations are excluded.
Optional health, photo, route and heart-rate sharing is managed independently for ChatGPT and AI Coach. Disconnecting stops future access through our connection but does not erase old ChatGPT messages, existing app drafts or provider copies.
Your records and content
You keep ownership of content you provide. You give us limited permission to store, process, sync, display, support and transmit it to services you choose as needed to operate requested features. Upload only content you have the right to use, including photos and information about others. Do not submit secrets or unnecessary sensitive information in feedback or AI conversations.
We do not acquire ownership of workouts or photos because you use AI. Generated material may not be unique or eligible for exclusive rights. Review outputs and third-party rights before sharing them.
Offline use, storage and retention
Supported records are kept locally for offline use; sync needs connectivity. Cloud backup and restore depend on availability, eligibility and retention rules. Free personal workout/measurement backup and their photos follow current 90-day cloud retention. Premium and Premium AI provide extended/unlimited retention for supported personal backup while eligible. Other records have their own retention purposes, described in the Privacy Policy.
Keep exports where necessary. Temporary export files and links normally expire after seven days. Deleted records, missed syncs, device loss, expired cloud retention and unsynced local records cannot always be recovered. Subscriptions are not a guarantee of permanent archival storage. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Plans, subscriptions and credits
Features, prices, credits and limits are shown in the app and applicable purchase screen. Premium and Premium AI can have different entitlements. Metered AI chat/voice can consume credits; included coach surfaces have separate limits. Our service checks eligibility, not solely a local device setting. Provider availability and safety controls can limit use.
There is no lifetime access plan in the current catalog. Current paid plans use monthly subscriptions; a subscription does not guarantee permanent archival storage.
The applicable store handles billing, renewals, cancellation, introductory eligibility and refunds under its rules. RevenueCat helps verify entitlements. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled under the purchase terms. Manage a subscription through the store used to buy it. Deleting an account or uninstalling does not itself cancel it. We do not promise a particular trial, price or release date beyond the current purchase offer. Public iOS and Android availability is coming soon.
Connected services
Apple Health, Watch, ChatGPT and Strava features depend on support, permissions and provider availability. Removing permission can limit the associated feature. Each provider's terms govern its account and copies of your information.
Strava export is one-way and shares supported details described in our Privacy Policy. Automatic uploading and heart-rate export are separate, initially disabled choices. Editing or deleting an app workout does not edit or delete a Strava activity already published. Disconnection does not remove that published activity.
Feedback, exports and deletion
Use Help & Support in the app or [email protected] for assistance. The website feedback form and Support & FAQ page have been removed. New beta registration is closed; historical feedback and beta submissions remain subject to the Privacy Policy.
The app provides export and account-deletion controls. Contact support for help with cloud-only backup deletion, which keeps local records. Account deletion normally includes a seven-day cancellation period, followed by processing after the request reaches the service. See deletion instructions. Independent provider copies and store subscriptions need separate action.
Availability and ending use
We may change features for security, reliability or legal compliance, and may proportionately restrict access for abuse, fraud, security incidents or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible we explain material restrictions and provide support contact. You may stop using the service, disconnect integrations and request deletion.
We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted service, exact measurements or error-free AI output, and are not responsible for failures outside reasonable control. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights for defective digital services or liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence. Nothing removes mandatory consumer protections.
Governing law and updates
Dutch law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence. These terms do not remove court or complaint rights that applicable law gives you. Contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve concerns.
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change, publish the date and communicate material changes appropriately. Updating terms does not itself authorize additional sensitive-data sharing.
